I purchased your CD "Departures" several
months ago.
I love your music. I am especially fond of "Oceans
Below".
I wonder if you can tell me where I might be able to
purchase the sheet music for this piece?
The last time I went searching for a particular
piece of sheet music was nearly 20 years ago when I called Mark Isham's
office in Los Angeles looking for the "Opening Titles" to "Mrs. Soffel".
He was kind enough to send it to me. And I have cherished it.
And now, I have found another piece of music, written by you, that I simply cannot get enough of. I listen to your music daily, and I never get tired of it.
I would love to be able to sit down at the piano and
play "Oceans Below" as I do Mark's "Opening Titles" to "Mrs. Soffel".
Your touch, and the feeling you express when you
play this piece is absolute genius. It is simply beautiful. It reaches
me at my very foundation.

Name: Craig Barshinger CommentDepartures has become my favorite CD. The selections are more like musical stories. There is an absence of the feeling the artist is trying to show off his technical mastery, but rather that he is a master story teller, and I am huddled around the primal campfire as he spins his tales. It is very intimate listening. I absolutely cannot categorize this style of music. It has such integrity that I am left with the impression that it is part of a great class of music that I was simply never exposed to.
